Las Cuartetas is one of the finest argentinian restaurants in Barcelona. Besides Argentinian steak and meat you can try some other plates like Buenos Aires style pizzas and pasta, empanadas and tasty desserts. I, personally, go there from time to time and I suggest everyone who likes meat to visit this Argentinian restaurant of Barcelona. On friday and satuday evenings making a reservation is necessary.

Flash Flash is a classic of Barcelona. Decoration of the restaurant is not recently done by a retro-minded designer inspired by pop-art. The restaurant & the decoration dates back to 60s.

Tortillas (spanish omelettes) are good. Also they have one of the best burgers in Barcelona. But the menu doesn't end with them and includes nice salads and catalan and spanish dishes.

It might be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting this nearly institutional restaurant of Barcelona.

UDON is a recent noodle bar & restaurant chain in Barcelona. Except the UDON bar in L'Illa shopping mall all the other options are suggested. They have more or less the same quality which is not bad which is approved by native Japanese friends also but don't expect to eat what you can eat in Japan. In L'Illa it might become a burden finding a spot to eat especially during lunch time.

Tenorio is a centric restaurant where you can find catalan, spanish and mediterranean specialties prepared with a modern touch. It is not among my favourite Barcelona restaurants at all but my opinion has nothing to do with the food or service. Infact you eat well and you can choose among a big variety of wines.

During the lunch mainly business people working around Paseo de Gracia and tourists frequent Tenorio restaurant. Night time although being a bit up-scale, you can meet an international crowd thanks to its location which is next to Casa Battlo and not so far from La Pedrera(Casa Mila).

The restaurant is decorated modestly but with lots of color and good taste and the service is always correct. By the way, Chilam Balam is close to the upper part of Avenida Gaudi, therefore not far from La Sagrada Familia. There is a bicing station just in front of the restaurant!
