(Mexican Restaurant - Aztec and Maya cuisine) c/ Industria 156, Barcelona. t: +(34) 93 446 0503 IMHO Chilam Balam is one of the best Mexican food places in Barcelona. The restaurant is decorated modestly but with lots of color and good taste and the service is always correct. By the way, Chilam Balam is close to the upper part of Avenida Gaudi, therefore not far from La Sagrada Familia. There is a bicing station just in front of the restaurant!

Via Laietana, 46, 08003 Barcelona t: (+34) 93 310 1798 w: rosanegrabcn.com I am adding Rosa Negra to my list as it is pretty well located: very close to Plaza Catalunya/Catedral/mercat Santa Caterina but it is not my favourite mexican restaurant in Barcelona at all... By the way the last time we have been there the service was just so strange not to say bad. There is mainly a young, international crowd in the evening times...
